Canceling a complaint from the Aparca Manresa app

If you have purchased the ticket from the Aparca Manresa app, you can cancel any complaint that can be cancelled directly from the app.

• Go to the “My account” section and access the “Activity” section.
• Find the card corresponding to the complaint and select the “Cancel complaint” button.
• Make the payment with any of the methods associated with your account.
